What deos alkalizing mean?

Basically, alkalizing / detoxification means cleaning the blood and every cell in your body of toxins, which will also speed up your metabolism and enhance your overall health.

How can I detoxify my body?

Start each day by drinking at least 250-500 ml warm water with half squeezed lemon. Follow up with one serving of organic greens super- foods.
 Optional: one serving of fiber.

Greens increases energy, and enhances the body’s metabolism, promotes natural immunity, accelerates muscle recovery post- workout and increases the antioxidant potential for intense and hard trainee.
