Bulletproof Coffee – The Best Breakfast and Preworkout Meal Ever.
I hope you are ready for day. I would like to share with you my favorite breakfast or pre-workout meal. Let me introduce you to the bulletproof coffee!
This is a very tasty, easy and above all quick meal, which has a lot of benefits:
1. Provides a large amount of good quality digestible protein.
2. Contains healthy fats that provide us with energy in the morning or pre-workout.
3. Allows you to save muscle glycogen stores during weight training.
4. Accelerates metabolism and raise thermo-genesis of the body.
300 ml of hot or cold coffee
10-20g coconut oil
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
Place all ingredients in a blender or shaker and mix together.
